Thank you for shopping with House of Stardust. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.


Print-to-Order Items

All physical prints sold by House of Stardust are printed to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt custom-made or print-to-order items from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.


Digital Downloads

All digital products are non-refundable once files have been delivered or downloaded.
Please ensure compatibility with your device before purchase.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow a reasonable time for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
