These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from House of Stardust (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Us

House of Stardust is a UK-based business selling printed and digital art. All physical prints are printed to order.

2. Products

  • All artwork is sold unframed, unless stated otherwise

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes

  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible

3. Print-to-Order & Returns Policy

All physical prints are printed to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind.

This policy is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which state that custom-made or personalised items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

5. Digital Downloads

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered

  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your device or software

  • Files are for personal use only and must not be resold, shared, or redistributed

6. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once dispatched

7. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of House of Stardust.
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright.

Artwork must not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

House of Stardust is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
