We aim to make sure your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Dispatch Times

All physical prints are printed to order
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days
During busy or peak gifting periods (such as holidays or sales), dispatch times may be slightly longer

If there is any significant delay, we will contact you directly.

UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail using the following options:

Royal Mail 2nd Class
Royal Mail Express (faster delivery option)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail service levels. Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for postal delays outside of our control.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on request and may incur an additional surcharge depending on destination and service selected.

If you would like an international delivery quote, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you. Claims will be handled in line with Royal Mail’s policies and timeframes.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
House of Stardust cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
